The Challenge

With increasing demand for sustainable building materials, Waterform aimed to reduce reliance on virgin plastics. The challenge lay in sourcing recycled materials that met stringent quality and performance criteria, ensuring that the end products remained durable and capable of withstanding various environmental conditions.

Our Solution

Reproplast introduced its RE:MINED™ material, PV0813-PO-JBLK, a high-performance recycled PP tailored to meet Waterform's specific requirements. The material undergoes rigorous purification and specification control processes to ensure consistent reliability and quality. Reproplast provided comprehensive support, including material testing and logistical coordination, facilitating a seamless transition to the new material.
